You have 14 days from your first purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. From the Billing page:
- Within 24 hours of purchase: press Withdraw and refund now. The refund is immediate and automatic, with no person involved: your plan ends at once and you get back the unused part.
- From 24 hours up to 14 days: press Request withdrawal. We stop renewals at once, review the request and refund the unused part within 14 days of the request, to the payment method you used. We email you at every step.
Since you asked to start right away, you pay for the part already used. The refund is never in full: it is calculated from the credits already used and the time left in the period (the lower of the two applies).
After 14 days you can cancel to avoid future months, but the current period is not refunded. For special cases write to [email protected].
